CCBill is driving me mad
Their support was really good but it's been sucky since the beginning of December. I have a very basic question, asking about some earnings, and sent an email about this, each time another rep answers and gives me a different number. I exchanged like 10 emails now and still waiting for a proper answer.
I also have two CCBill people on my ICQ list but they are always "away" :mad::mad::mad: |

Agreed.
I had to deal with them the other day. Normally in the past, they were like PHAT where I would get a reply or resolution in an hour or so. Not now. |
