i'm going to assume that with the up to date testing and so forth required by legit producers that the pornstar would be the cleaner choice.

The only thing that sucks is some STDs don't show up on tests for months at a time, and there are diseases you can catch that can't be tested for, even with a condom on.

I would think it depends on the star too. From what I've seen, many of them are very choosy about who they will work with and what kind of activities they do. I'm sure many of them are VERY clean.

With hookers, you probably have to worry a lot more about what else they're doing, like needle drugs.

Personnally, I would say that the adult actors and actresses are cleaner and safer compared to the prostitutes but because they are tested regularly doesn't mean that there's a risk zero. In contrary, there's still a risk but the risk is lower than the risk of contracting a disease from a prostitute. :2 cents:

Well we are not in the middle age, working girls as I call them aka prostitutes try to care about them as much as possible, they don't perform anything without a condom and most of them are using all kinds of lotions or different stuff to keep them desinfected all the time.

We for example also have a very strict anti dope policy with regular testing, so overally I would be way more worried about average level pornstars then high level prostitutes.

If you get your prostitutes from a respectable and health checked brothel which many are located in places like Nevada. Then I would say the prostitutes would be cleaner there as I understand they are on more of a lock down and get tested more often.

Most pro's only get tested once a year at best when they go to their yearly ob/gyn visit. A lot of them will go almost a year or more without knowing they have an STD.

Pornstars get tested every 30 days. At least they know, and get treated if they get an STD right away.
