Once every 24 hours? When? What time?

Uhh, once every millisecond?

As far as I know they have a manual check on all members paid or free.

I cant imagine its the most highly paid job in the world so think Asia time.

Pending members will show at the bottom of the stats page though - that will give you a good idea of what to expect.
