Maybe if they took "We apologize for the inconvenience and we are working to resolve this matter immediately" out of the statement, people would get the concept a bit easier.

I dunno man, if I was going to start up a payment processor, I don't think "freezing of all accounts without notice" would be part of any routine maintenance plan.

2 days ago I logged in and there was a splash page before my account page saying they'd be doing maintenance today - and then today there is a message saying their doing maintenance today.

What else do you want?

Do maintenance , everyone cries
Don't do maintenance and the servers and db's are slow and everyone cries

Allow 100000's of users to accept money and send it for just about cheaper than any other service online and not a word of praise or thanks

nah man, I have no problem with what happened today, and I love epass. I just posted in here because he was getting a message that is unusual and wanted to know if anyone else was getting it, and I was.

In fact I don't even care if it was a "problem", everyone has unexpected problems with their shit from time to time. I was just saying that, since I had no idea they were doing maintenance, it did seem like they had a problem.
