Affiliates/Partner and VISA's regulations
 

Ok since the other threads are too busy dealing with the paysite owners... but what about the other large mass, the affiliates.

How will affiliates be affected by this? What if the program they are promoting can't comply by Nov 15th? Will all rebills be forfeited ?

Thats a good point, I use a couple of small paysites that have awesome retention, I would hate to see them go:mad:

shit rolls downhill. If the paysite owners suffer, the affiliates will too.

well i'm just worried about my rebills if the company doesn't comply. this US presence is complete bullshit from VISA.
