Anyone know what is up with StatsRemote?
 

Just did a search and no one seems to have mentioned it, but does anyone know what is going on with Stats Remote right now?

Hmm..whats wrong with it? It's reporting fine for me. Their tech support usually has a pretty fast response time.

Mine's working fine...for now. I even have fewer little red boxes than normal today.

My StatsRemote is working fine. Been updating all day every 15 mins.

been working fine for me. only thing that ive never got to work was the email of the stats but i can live without that

As far as I know nothing is wrong with StatsRemote. Everything works fine on my pc and JB still posts on the statsremote forum.

Heh, I thought I was the only one that could never get that to work.

It's not that important but I would like to email the stats to my phone so I can see what's going on. Another thing that has never worked are the sales sounds. Once I get them set, they don't stay after a reboot.

StatsRemote has awesome tech support, super fast and very knowledgeable. When I tried to hit the SR site today, after a couple days of service unavailable messages, I couldn't hit it at all. So I assumed they wouldn't have email either.

The issue was totally on my end though. A comp on my network got some nasty malware and, when it got pretty much cleaned off, it looks like some things I'd normally use got removed with the trash.

I was going to keep this comp when its replacement got here and have someone who only needs email and word processing use it, but I think the whole thing is going in the garbage if the operating system is this jacked. Or maybe I'll do a hard drive reformat.
