is 100 lbs over really that much? i'm 5'9" and my ideal weight is 168. i'm 155 now. so if i was 265 of muscle and some extra fat, thats morbidly obese?

Well if you would be 5'9" and 265 without considerable muscle it would be pretty fat :)

Weight means little with guys. It's about body fat % in my mind. LaDainian Tomlinson is 5'10 and weighs 220 pounds. Is he obese? He is probably one of the best athletes in the world.

100lbs over is prolly the norm in the webmaster community. Its almost like adult webmasters WANT to destroy their bodies as much as possible with food, alcohol, and drugs.
