Gambling at the Palms
 

The first night there I was playing 3 card poker with a full table of people. I'm up and things are good so, of course I'm happy and having a good time.

The table thins out and it's just me and the dealer. I'm up about $700 so it's still all good. I'm really doing pretty well against this dealer and the cards keep going my way. Thing is, I don't think to take the first position at the table and after about 10 minutes this guy comes and sits down.

I thought twice about asking him to kick back for a couple hands (as not to fuck with my mojo) but decide not to.

Muthafucka takes my STRAIGHT FLUSH on his first hand!

I start yelling MUTHAFUCKA, you took my STRAIGHT FLUSH!

He's all apologetic, but of course happy he hit for $400+!

LOL

I was mildly pissed to say the least ... more at myself for not protecting my position.

There were a few funny moments at the tables this trip!


Here's a little about 3 card poker

I did great the first couple of days there, but kinda tanked the last day.
I played some Blackjack and Let it Ride.

i hit four of a kind once first hand at caribbean stud - the guy was pissed too he was really down

Gambling is bad!

Me and the guys from West Coast Productions cleaned up the last night at the craps table! I think its tradition now the only person missing at 4AM was DH

its all good, i made 240 bucks in 15 minutes at the holdem tables, did a bump and run, all the gambling i needed, casinos everywhere here in fucking romania.

Great seeing you again in vegas dude, as brief as it was

goodgirl found a video poker machine that kept giving her 4 of a kind. Won about $300 on it.

I about broke even. But it was fun.

i love gambling also folks

I don't gamble.

I normally do slots and roulette. The Palms slots were stingy so I bagged it. Usually hit Vegas with several thousand to toss on a table or in the machines. Don't even think I used $500 this time around. I was more interested in meeting people.

Jonathan I am bummed we didnt get to roll dice this trip..

I actually was losing the entire trip and then on wednesday got a later flight and earned all my $$ back in one shoe. $50 and $100 hands - up $1000.00 and called it even.

Thats a win in my book.

i lost a hundred or so...

firts day I was up 100 playing poker...

next two days i gave it back and then some..

second day i sat with some semi-pros that ive seen at the tables in the 8 years Ive been watching WSOP...

Took one big pot off of the one main guy i recognized ... he was wearing a bracelet... took him with a flush and he got a little peeved.. threw his cards down, muttered and walked out to smoke...

they all took my stack in the end...

Was fun...

It was fun playing with you in our suite.

Won big on the Giants and Chargers
Was up for the first 5 days of the trip

I got suckered into playing single deck by ( cough cough) J $tyles and gave all my money back....

and then some.

Then D$ and I on our way out of town decided to go to the Gold Coast for a cheap, hearty breakfast-

And of course on our way out I had to find the Super Fun 21 table-

There went anohter Hundie while D$ won $100
I couldn't wait to get out of town with my clothes on my back and in better health

I'm down about 2-3 hundred and Mrs FUBAR wont fess up to her indiscretions:1orglaugh

I'm down around $1300 :(
