Name this FLASH TECHNIQUE
 

I'm trying to find a tutorial for a flash overlay page... So when you click, an 80% transparent box covers the rest of the website and you have your ad, information, warning or whatever and and a *close* button to get rid of it.

What is this called so I can google myself a tutorial, I'm having troubles finding...

search for unblockable pop up, and you'll find plenty of examples on setting one up.

sounds like lightbox, but it's javascript.. (look here: http://www.lokeshdhakar.com/projects/lightbox2/ )
