Strongbox or server problem?
 

Hi. I notice my traffic behaviour in the last 2 months and noticed the BW in average in the past 12 months is about 400GB per day. I noticed recently it jumped to 1,500 GB - 4,000 GB in some days of the month wirh no new subscribers derived from this peak.

What can be happenning? Server guys says it is real traffic. What can be causing that? Is there any problem with strongbox and my serve? Is it Apache problem?

I am really upset.

Please help me to understand that.

Christian - can they tell 'how many' people are using this amount of bandwidth? Perhaps it's people going in with download managers and downloading a buttload of movies?

I see you sent us an email saying that you moved the site to a new server
during the Throttlebox installation, so Throttlebox wasn't installed on the new server.
If this bandwidth usage is in the members' area, Throttlebox will probably
take care of that for you when we get it done on the new server later
today or tomorrow.
