Account Manager, Publisher Sales
Position available in San Francisco, CA

Black Label Ads is looking for dynamic and persistent candidates to be the next generation of great sales people. We are seeking a high-energy individual to manage and grow existing accounts, optimize earnings and placement, cross-sell products and identify clients? needs to develop and present customized solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:
? Persuasively articulate Black Label?s offerings, competitive advantages, resources and processes to clients and prospects through email and over the phone
? Maintain effective, revenue-generating relationships with clients
? Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan
? Listen to, identify and understand prospects' viewpoint and tailor communication to meet prospect needs and expectations
? Display a thorough understanding of assigned accounts' business needs and revenue potential and advise clients on steps to maximize revenue potential

Requirements:
? Undergraduate degree
? Attention to detail is important as is a good working knowledge of the online space
? Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
? Self-motivated, detail oriented and outgoing
? Good knowledge of the adult space (players in the space, key drivers in the industry) is a requirement
? Sales experience is essential
