Worst ICQ support Python/DollarMachine!!!
 

Steve@python, Shaft, PythonJon answer your icqs, i haven't got any replies in weeks, i'm sure you guys are around somewhere!

With two trade shows just ending, I would try email. ICQ is normally the second method of contact, which is why it's listed under the email address.

I've ALWAYS been able to contact Python support through ICQ..

yeah i use to could contact steve@python but he haven't responded lately, i guess they could use all that spam traffic!

Never had an issue contacting anyone at Python ...

Did you actually ask a question on their ICQ or just say "you around?" or "what's up?" ?

I have found the best way to get good Customer Service is to email them with your issues, usually the webmaster support person, not the sales rep. Then ICQ them if they haven't responded to ensure they got your email and to also inquire about the question then.

I was letting them know that there's possibly abuse in their affiliate program, most other affiliate programs are happy that something like this is being reported, but then you have the bad apples like Python/DollarMachine who don't give a crap!

just proves my point, 2 days after this thread started, no one from python or dollarmachine has responded except the trolls that are defending them without cause! (i'll keep bumping until someone does respond!)

Shaft is always very fast getting back. Maybe your icq isn't coming up or something. Happens all the time. Try email.
