The criminal system is all to fuck, especially in the uk.
If kill some one in the UK and found guilty you will most likely get 10-15 years at the most.
If you behave good you get a reduced sentence too.. wtf is with that..lol

Hell in uk prisions if the prisoners work while inside they get paid too which i think its wrong.

Deals in murder cases are bullshit. At the same time people probably don't view this guy the same way as they would serial murders who kill average everyday people.

Thats because UK prisons are overcrowded.

I reckon they should rent prison space abroad and outsource. Send em to Indian prisons - that'll be a serious deterrent, they'll save a fortune for tax payers and wont have such a tough regulatory environment to deal with.

that's the case in most European countries, I'm shocked to see people getting sentenced to 3 years for kidnapping n shit, in South Africa due to the high crime rate there's a minimum sentence for violent crimes, armed robbery - 15 years for first offence and it doesn't matter if you're armed with AK47, fork, or a screwdriver

With the way the Criminal Justice system works, there would then be a lot of dead innocent people that were accused and not the right guy.

There really shouldn't be any prisons at all, they don't solve the problem, they just make us feel good, and end up being a "crime school" for small-time drug dealers and thieves. What we need is a surefire way to publicly ridicule people.
