here's my question to paysites re: visa
 

in order to comply with the new refund/chargeback ratios (i haven't heard what the %'s are yet) how many of you will be:

- modifying your affiliate T&C's to be more restrictive/selective;
- taking the affiliate out of the picture and doing all promotion in-house?

addendum:

if you're modifying it, how much more restrictive or selective will you be?
