Gambling on credit (i.e., debt) should be illegal. Plain and simple. Borrowing money to make a bet with? Absolutely insane.

You get some idiots, addicts, and fools trading stocks, but you get a lot more of them gambling. Placing a bet on credit is a disaster waiting to happen. I believe in some cases, it is already illegal... I am guessing this law just shores-up existing law in the context of online casinos.

People who really like to gamble & have the money to do it goto AC, Beluxi & Vegas. Online gambling IMHO is dangerous.

The Credit Cards for some is just a convienient method of transferring money to their online casino, and not necessarily going into debt.
