QUESTION TO ALL: When promote a *new* site, is it because of...
 

1. The Content.
2. Who is "behind" it.
3. The Niche
4. Name your reason if it isn't one of these...

The content normally. If the content kicks ass, then jump on that shit before everyone else does !

3. The Niche
ie Its compatible with the traffic I intened to send it...

If the content for that niche sucks though, is it any use promoting it ?

1. Content (and design to some extend, especially for PPS)
2. Sitename (important for some targetted SEO stuff)
3. Who runs it (neglegtible if CCBill only billing)
5. Quality of promo tools and galleries (quantity doesn't matter to me)
6. Niche (I prefer niches I already cover and know, but it's a minor aspect)
7. Board behaviour (I don't do business with people behaving like a pitbull on steroids)

Well, that's my checklist, from important to less important.
