I need help with legal issues , specially from a romanian webmaster
 

Hello everyone I am pretty new to the porn industry I recently opened a free porn tube site , using a social media script. I talked to some dudes in the US that informed me that they pay quaterly taxes on the incomes their website generate. For the moment I live in Romania so I will have to go with the law here, but it seems no lawyer can explain much to me, most of them don`t know the legislation for pornography. I would like to hear some opinions especially from some romanian webmaster , but anyone`s opinion is appreciated. The things I would like to know are : Do I have to own a company in order for my site to be legal ? Do I have to pay taxes on the income ? To whom do I pay them to ? I just don`t want the cops knockingat my door. lol

That is true but the same politicians that built those castles can take our "castles" , I am not for paying taxes but just want to be safe from any problem.;

Well ... if your site sells anything directly you should pay taxes ... but if you are a affiliate or reseller then you should not worry as the companies you are paying the taxes. Go to the "Camera de comert" and ask some more questions there if you are selling anything directly.

I`m not 100% sure of my answer.
