does ) Am in Fresno, California... Which happens to be the cheapest big city in the USA to live in... Although rents
Apt. are going up... Office space for rent signs all over the place though.. Am pretty sure you would want to set up your Corp. in NV... anyone insterest.. I can put you in contact with my Accountant bud... let me know...

then you'll have 2 companies, one in your country and one in USA. I assume in case your country doesn't have signed a double tax treaty with USA, you'll pay taxes in both countries. Assuming there is such treaty,it will be a fucking process to deal with it on your country. Remember, tax officers are the most stupid people on earth.....

We operate 2 established businesses that are non-adult related along with our adult venture. All are IT related and we have good working relationships with established legal and accounting firms. Having said that, we would also be open to facilitating business stateside for those impacted by recent events.

No I dont think so...most og my mates have addresses in the US which mail gets sent to the forwarded to them...it just makes them look US but it reality they are still foreign

Yeah, but if you have a corp entity in the US, you're GONNA pay US taxes.

U.S. tax id number means you will pay U.S. taxes. As Ron mentioned, they are not required to report your income to the IRS, but you are. If you don't, and get caught, you will face federal tax evasion charges. They are STRICT. That is how they got Capone.

If the offshore company charges the US company large "consulting fee's" then the US company will make very little profit and therfore pay very little tax in the US

remember you have to make your quarterly tax payments and then file at the end of the year

Just to clear things up,, you don't need to open up an office in the US,, there are plenty of mail box companies that give you real address and you can't tell the difference
