Best Website uptime Monitor for Multiple Sites?

Looking for software that can monitor multiple (500+) websites for uptime, speed, etc. I've found a few, but most seem to only monitor a small number of sites.

Does anyone use anything like this or have any recommendations?

Thanks in advance.

Then again you could also setup your own monitoring network using nagios as well. If you want some help or have questions about either options, hit me up on ICQ and I can help guide you in the right direction.
