Backup Software for WIndows?
 

anybody know some good software i can use for automating backups on a windows box?

I need to set it up for a friend and she doesnt know SHIT so id like to set it up on a schedule and leave it. Right now we have an external HD and i was planning on just using the backup utility that comes with windows.
