Entering into real adult industy now. Need Help

Hey guys

I used to have adult sites or forums till now but now I want move ahead.

I mean first I want to start with selling some real stuff. I want Amateur, strippers, etc photos on internet. Have more plans later but want to start from somewhere.

I am from Australia.

I need your help guys in knowing from where I should start. As I have no idea what I suppose to do to make everything legal? How I should start selling pictures & to whom? & the most important what documents I will need & how to get those documents?

Looking forward to have some answers.

thank you

Nothing against anyone here....but if you are worried about the legalities of adult....get a lawyer - possible two, one in Australia and the US.

No sense taking chances.

your question has been asked a million times

your best bet is to invest all you spare time for a few months (or as long as it takes) reading and using the search feature on various webmaster resource forums

once you do that you will have a better idea of whats going on,

Rome wasn't built in a day, neither are online empires

I don't get it, you already run a site which hosts user-uploaded NSFW photos and you're asking NOW about the legalities of porn?

intex 01-20-2008 06:11 AM

I am sorry guys I didn't make myself clear......

I actually want to produce content instead of opening any paysite, I just want to produce content & sell to people who own paysites. I hope thats specify what I am actually looking for...

I will get photographer, girls, do photo shoot, etc.

thnx again

There's been a couple of threads about porn production in Australia recently, the basic outcome seems to be (a) you have to follow a fairly rigid legal regime with little margin for error, or (b) produce in Canberra.

Do a search and I'm sure you'll be on your way to the answer you seek... and of course you're going to verify all this with a lawyer who is experienced with the Australian adult industry, right? :thumbsup
