Just wondering, bought a pair of goggles, got a problem with the inner lens.
Anybody have experience with their support? Good customer service? Bad? |

My wifes fat ass friend sat on my glasses and I called oakley
They said they'd fix them as long as they didn't look like a truck ran over them, which they pretty much did cause this bitch was pretty fat. Anyway, I took a chance and sent them in, a week or two later a brand new set of shades arrived, along with new bag and shammy that I hadn't sent in with the shades :thumbsup:thumbsup |
Speaking of warranties. I had one of my 22" samsungs die 2 days ago. Figured I was fucked buying new one, but called Samsung gave them numbers off the back, and replacement is on its way. Didnt even make me track down the receipt. Not happy it died, but shit happens. Sucks working on only 1 monitor right now though.. :Oh crap
