Thats is a wordpress plugin called feedwordpress. It can be a bit hit and miss on certain versions or wordpress but its working fine for me.

i have the new version, so what is this ?

You can try wp-o-matic too.

wp-o-matic is good... just be sure to use lots of word replacement.
