Looking for a strong CSS designer
 

Anyone know of a strong CSS designer for a few sites? I don't want designers that just make a mock-up in PS and them cut it up. I want the site to be almost all CSS and very little images.

I want to just output div tags and have them go from there. Should be able to make multiple column designs from a series of divs as well.

i can do it, most recent is http://www.teenanalzone.com its only one collum but i can do multiple.
Other then the logo, that layout is all css.
