honestly, i'm not looking to be famous, i'd just like my issue to be resolved. now if Keith knows John's number please ask him to contact my attorney and give it to him in legal speak. :)

I'm afraid he's not on ICQ, and I don't have any TMM Cells. They got wise to me early on. :(

TMM monitors the boards. One of them just contacted me on icq and referenced this thread. Pretty quick, I'm impressed!!!!

I'm not condoning what John did with the whole breach fisaco. I was active in those threads myself as I was also affected by it.

As far as I'm concerned, when the chips were down, one of the techs contacted me from his house coz he saw that I needed urgent help. I've got to give credit where credit is due and FredTMM should be thanked.

L-Pink, I have never had an issue getting someone to respond to icq or phone ... that is once I have opened a ticket. Try speaking to them without a ticket and you may as well whistle in the wind. They have their procedures though and I'm not about to tell anyone how best to manage their time ... I'm not so great at time management myself.

Pleasurepays, I'm curious - You've spelled it Kieth twice now. Is that how he spells it? I always thought it was Keith.
