How do you feel about ISP charging per gig?

Just read this on the NY Times

This article is about the town of Beaumont, Texas

i really dont like the idea...id hate to see this go into effect

think about the customers who watch 40 hours of porn a month or so

When I bust 20Gb of download per month, my ISP charge me 7$/Gb, and 30$ max. That really sucks!
