We bought the blowout deal from them and received the content without
any problems....in fact the hdd died after arrival and they sent us a new
one....I'm sure they'll work it out with you

Ok, why do I constantly have to run after you? I was promised a tracking number to be given yesterday now for the 4th time I have to give you my info. What do you mean fill me in, Ive been talking with you about this countless times... is this some kind of a joke?

And for ALL THOSE WHO GOT EXCELLENT SERVICE.... just because you got it back then does not mean that you will get it again.

I can be understanding up to a certain point, once I point out whats wrong multiple times.... what do you expect from me.

Hopefully this can all get resloved they can workout a better system for tracking orders and we all can move the fuck on. Mistakes are made but should be corrected....and I am really getting tired of wasting my time on chasing them down.

Hmm, well I tried to buy content once from them and the only option was wire payment, which pissed me off after I spent some time picking the content.

If a business is worth a shot - I'll make the shot. No matter if it's content provider or design or whatever.

Especially when it comes to poor business service.

I would be seriously pissed right now, too bad you didn't use a regular CC as you could CB it right away.

I know you spoke with HDV but try to contact Andre (Justsexxx) about this, he helped me out pretty well last time and might be able to help you out.

Geez, amazing how some company's that seem eager for new business end up ruining their reputation quickly. Add another company to the "do not do business with list" I'm sure they will eventually fill his order, but jumping through hoops for it is unacceptable.

We got refunded the money and just ended up ordering the content from the store that we were able to download next day.

So if you buy from the store it seems it will work out great if you make a custom/order deal it might go sour.
