Do most programs send out tax shit....
This is the first year I have made decent money blogging, do programs send out tax shit and what form does it come on. (1099?)
|
1099 most likely, unless you were hired by a company to go in and work for them.
|
1099 thats what I thought...I have one question too about ccbill programs....I currently promote over 10 different affiliates...are these considered just one company or 10 different ones? Thanks for your help ahead of time!
|
Well I currently work with over 50 sponsors, and I only received tax documents for AFF last year. What a mess...
|
1099s are only sent out to individuals, not corporations...

The short and long answer is NO!
Most companies will not send you any tax info and its why one of the many reasons I still like checks. CCbill does not send out any information as they are a 3rd party and do not run the websites. It is the website owners responsibility to send you the tax info and again 99.99% do not. |
thanks alot for the help guys! This is such a shitty time of the year!
|
sorry double post

3 years are you fucking nuts.....are you saying you have not filed a single return in 3 years...that cant be good

Most companies won't send you anything. That is why I keep records of every check that comes in etc and total everything up at the end of the year. Same with all the deductions. Doesn't take me long to have my totals, and then wait and see if any 1099's show up and I just take my totals and any 1099's that do show up into my accountant.
