I work exclusively with black people. And I get called the n word everyday. But I don't mind.... because I AM an N word.

Only crude and rude people use crude and rude language. Surround yourself with a better grade of person if you hear this and are offended. It's very simple. To me, such language is a "deal breaker". Plain and simple.
