Its 5am - why am I up?
In a few days I have gone from going to bed at 5am to getting up at 5am - I am not sure which is worse....

What is your routine like? Do you workout? I try to do some cardio every day, and that helps.. Also, no more than one cup of coffee

I hate getting up early. But do it all the time now.
It's actually harder in the winter. When the brighter mornings come round, you'll find it much easier.... |
