Looking to hire thumbcropper(ST)
 

I'm looking to hire thumbcropper for cropping ~ 20k movie thumbs.

Filtering of all NOT HQ(basically leaving 1 of 5-10) galleries is primary, then fitting in correct category if category is not set(for 30% of gals), selecting best thumb based on niche/what will peeps click on/cropping borders if needed/adjusting brightness,saturation,contrast and sharpen.

I need someone who can do this 6-8+ hrs a day till 20k gals are done(free sundays).

English/Icq is a MUST, epass / credit card payments.

I'm looking for someone who can do this CHEAP(reasonable price for ST), so probably webmasters from low-monthly-salary countries will be best for this job.

I will need more thumbs done also, so we can continue this work after 20k is done.

Please no outsource companies and complete noobs who need $$$ but don't have idea about making thumbs. Also you need at least 17'' LCD monitor to make HQ thumbs because of contrast/display quality!
