Need to copy a mini-dv tape NEW GIRL pics
 

I need to make a copy of my mini-dv tapes without losing any quality, Can someone tell me how to do it the best way? Here are some pics of our new girl. 18 years old and looks great on camera

get 2 minidv cameras and firewire them together.

or if you don't have 2 cameras (which would be crazy) grab it in the DV format, and then output it to a new tape (in DV format).

what do you mean "grab it"

Just bring the video into whatever video software you are using, then output it to another tape. Even I can do that! ;)

In Sony Vegas 8, for example, you would do this by clicking File, then Capture Video, and select DV format. Now drag the video from the Media Manager to the timeline, and then select Tools, and Print Video to Tape.

Fortunately almost all video editing programs are identical in function.
