In this thread people are talking about and laughing at some kid from a tube site that got punched out in Vegas.

It seems to me like people HATE tube sites. They seem like they are just bandwidth leechers, and provide no real promise of quality traffic. It seems like all webmasters hate them and want them to go away.

Help me get a little unconfused.

Webmasters hate people making money off their work, and some tube sites completely don't police themselves at all, leaving it up to the content owners to somehow monitor hundreds of these stolen content sites themselves.. Webmasters feel it should be the tube sites responsibility to monitor what people upload, but alas, they can hide behind DMCA.

As for people hating tube sites who have only legal content and do police user uploads - they're just jealous.

I think you're just as confused as me.

mostly webmasters hate people who steal copyrighted, watermarked content. and when you call them on it. they say it's not their fault. but they don't take down the stolen content. The tube sites don't even care about 2257 info. and that is what I think is going to spell the end for them in the long run.

Don't forget the part where the bottom feeding douchebags steal videos, then embed their own url in the video and upload them to these youtube porn clones.

And this is only going to get worse.

This business 'model' is becoming ubiquitous.

I like the model were they steal your content and then charge people to view it really cuts down on the overheads costs

xtube - 30 min vids - sponsors - aff
zorgman - 30 - 60 sec promo vids - sponsors - content owenrs
