Probably a scam by someone else... and that someone could be the guy behind all the impersonations and "domain sales" the past.. what, couple of months?

Try to get a hold of "vicd's" ICQ/email through his posts or profile here first, and contact him there to be sure.. that's how I'd do it.

I doubt vicd would do that, its probably the domain scammer
