Paygea and Netbilling offer complete direct merchant account solution

First, it was great meeting you all at Internext. We had a chance to speak to many programs/sites about the merchant account solutions offered by Paygea as well as the partnership between Paygea(merchant account provider) and Netbilling(Gateway and Customer Service).

For those of you who missed us, here ya go- Although both Paygea and Netbilling offer similar merchant account solutions, this partnership allows us to pool our core products and deliver a merchant account platform that is ideal for mid-large adult merchants(30k+). Whether you feel it's time to migrate from third party processing or might be looking to add a secondary processor, let us send you an overview of what we can offer. We take you through every step of the process. Since you would coming direct to our bank, we can be more aggressive on the rates and terms. You can pick and choose which features you need. i.e. if you already have an EU corporation, you are not required to use our attorney. However, we do offer this service as part of the merchant account set up.

You get:
EU Incorporation provided in-house($1500)
Direct Paygea Merchant Account through our bank(s)
Risk Management- We have extensive experience when it comes to risk management and are very much hands-on with our merchants throughout the relationship. We will help you assess potential risk during set up and then review your accounts as an ongoing service.
Chargeback Management- We handle all first rebuttals/disputes on behalf of our merchants. This ensures that merchants do not issue double credits to customers (refund is processed and a chargeback goes through).
Multi-currency processing and settlement- We can process your transactions in over 16 currencies. If 30% of your business comes from the UK, why not bill and settle in GBP or another currency. We can set up a mid for that currency.
Fraud Scrubbing- In addition to Paygea's fraud scrubbing, Netbilling has a suite of scrubbing tools that can be customized to fit your needs.
Customer Service- Netbilling offers 24/7 live phone/email private label customer support solutions.
Sales Reports- You will have full access to all your sales and customer data.

Email me if you want some more info.

For those of you still in Vegas, have a safe flight/drive home.:)

Mid-large is $30k/month nowadays? I remember a few years ago, you needed to process at least $100k/mo for the EU banks to even talk to you.

Mid is 100k-500k per month but we do take accounts that process 30k+ and growing. If you come from a third party and want to move to a merchant account, we do recommend and in some cases require that smaller acccounts use an outsourced customer service solution like the one provided by Netbilling to make sure cancellations and refunds are being processed 24/7. This will help keep your merchant account in good standing, etc. This also gives our bank our certain comfort level that the merchant will be able to manage their own account.

We are very happy to be working closely with Paygea. The combination of their account offerings and our services is surely a winning one for all merchants involved.

PaygeaGrl,

Please have one of your technicians hit me up; I'm still getting no resolve about the 'refunds being denied' issue, and the single contact I have with Paygea is not responding to my email. I'm losing my patience. Thank you.

Hi Patricia,

Thanks for getting in touch with me so quickly; the quick chat with yourself and Howard seems to have got the ball rolling on this issue - I should have come to you directly, before!

I was only there for one day--flew in on an early morning flight and took off on a red-eye the same day(absolutely deadly). Anyway, I am sorry I missed you too. I was looking forward to saying hi to the nicest guy around:)

I just hit you up on ICQ

PaygeaGrl 01-18-2008 04:38 PM

Pricing is based on volume and other factors so I would need to speak with you---phone, email, or ICQ works.

If you need the incorporation managed, we can do it for you too

RegUser 01-18-2008 06:22 PM

so whats the minimum volume one must be doing in order to use this?
how about $1000/month?

ProjectNaked 01-18-2008 07:08 PM

icq sent -

On some other threads, we have been talking about the benefits of geo targeting membership fees. Even if you are using third party processing, it's a great way to test us out. We can set you up with a merchant account for specific currencies only i.e. Euros, GBP,etc. This gives you a chance to get comfortable with our service/product and increase your bottom line right away by getting almost double per join when you convert this traffic and send it through your Paygea merchant account.
