I have no problems with PPS programs taking money back on Chargebacks. It helps with fraud, it helps with Webmasters not bs'ing about the site, and a CB is a reversed signup, so since you didn't acually get the signup, nobody made any money, the Webmaster shouldn't either.

Most CB's never login, the rest are fraud.

That makes no sense. Its the surfers fault. Most chargebacks are fraud and if the affiliate sends a fraudulant sale, how can you blame the proggie. Its neithers fault because neither can control the situation. :2 cents:

It is the sponsors fault at some levels. However, even the best support, best updates/members, no problems, all that jazz, you will still get chargebacks.

I feel that a .5% and below CB ratio is almost impossible to stop if you do any volume of sales. Everything around and above that is fault of the program.

In my experience, the vast majority of refunds/CBs are from bounced/returned online checks.
