Um FACTS typically have something to do with EXACT NUMBERS.

"He threw a lot of TDs this season". Not really a fact. More of an opinion
"He threw 35 TDs this season". That's a FACT.
"He threw 35 TDs this season, that's a lot of TDs". A FACT followed by an opinion.
"He threw for 37 TDs this season"( when he actually threw 35 ) NOT a FACT.

Well technically it would of been:
4 years of Sr. Bush & Barbara
8 years of Bill Clinton & Hillary
8 years of Bush version 2.
Then if Hillary wins just 1 term thats another 4 years.

Which seems like it would be 24 but he did say the Clintons & the Bushes so in effect we have had
24 years of Bush's (remember there is hubby and wives at same time)
16 current years of the Clintons with an additional 8 years on one term making that also 24, and if she won a second term it would be 28.
So in real world answers the correct answer could also be 48 years.
