Is moniker slow for anyone else?
 

First I couldn't get past stage 2 of a domain transfer form, then I restarted and couldn't get past stage 1, now I can't even login... it just sits there and eventually times out. Anyone else having probs? I get paranoid when I've unlocked my domains and can't immediately transfer them. :Graucho

We got a domain there tonight not impressed at all and it took forever.

I think it's a backend problem because a hard reload on the main page happens very quickly... but as soon as I submit a form everything goes deaf...

This is more than just slow, it's consistently timing out. I'm a customer and I cannot use their services.

I have no idea why they get so much ass kissing here, their site is horribly slow and their support is even slower.

It's still "slow" but at least I've been able to complete the transfer now.

I agree it was the ass kissing that motivated us to try them this time and not impressed so far but we will see.We wrote them about 90 mins ago with a support item so far no response.

Hey Tony - I didn't realize I was ass kissing when I talked to you about Moniker. We had (or thought we had) a good relationship in the past and was only looking to have it continue. My apologies if you felt like I was ass kissing.

To everyone else - As for the issue we experienced last night - it's been fixed and it's business as usual. :thumbsup

Your login consistently takes 10 seconds or longer to complete, it's just annoying.

Moniker is always slow.

I wasnt even talking about you.If you actually took the time to read the whole thread you would of known that. You didnt even enter my mind. We wrote support early this afternoon and have heard nothing as of this writing.

If we had this great relationship, maybe seeing in this thread we had a problem and maybe trying to see what can you do to help it. Instead of feeling to defend yourself when it had nothing to do with you.
