Fun bikes for sure, on the 750's or bigger, you can power wheelie them on the streets, sometimes in second gear too. But when doing them slow, you have to pop the clutch. I've learned on dirt bikes so it's easier for me.

There was something illegal about that and they are going to git youooooo!

Nice bike bro:)

Never understood why rich people mess with bikes. My life insurance gets cancelled if I get within 50 feet of one.

I don't either, but I'm not rich so I can mess with my bike collection. :1orglaugh

I'm just recovering from surgery after a bike accident.. used to have an R1...
had to get a plate put on my collarbone, broke 4 ribs, cracked my knee cap...
I was quite lucky!
Ran into the side of a car as she was cutting out of stopped traffic..

papill0n 01-13-2008 12:23 AM

Nice! Always good to see a man enjoying his gsxr!!

baddog 01-13-2008 12:34 AM

I had the R1 too but got rid of it, too heavy and didn't handle as well. I think GSXR's are the way to go. :thumbsup

I think the 1000 is a little too heavy for messing around, I'm sure they are great for power wheelies. But if the 750 is this much fun, I can only imagine the 1000. Good pic :thumbsup

OUCH! Sorry to hear that man. R1 is a fun bike. I always tell people when they ask if they should get a bike, I always say...It's not if you can ride or not, it's watching out for others making mistakes. It happens to the best of us.

You came out of that lucky, are you still riding?

God I love my bike. My CBR1000RR is like 8 ounces heavier than a CBR600RR and will easily power wheelie in first or second and probably third. :)

King Adam 01-13-2008 11:24 AM

Looks pretty tight. I need to make a vid on my dirt bike. I'm a desert rat.

Compdoctor 01-13-2008 11:35 AM

Up here you would have to get snow tires to do that:1orglaugh

webair 01-13-2008 11:36 AM
