I see so many little girls walking around like their big 18 year old sisters. Looking like sluts in mini skirts, make up etc. They are probably between 9-11 but dress like adults. My daughter would never walk around like this! Those are children and supposed to dress like children, meaning colorful normal clothes with Mickey Mouse T-Shirts ;)

I hate people who try to ruin Halloween for kids. I had to make my own costume or wear some plastic sweat suit and a plastic mask that cut into my face only attached by a thin rubber band that was attempting to slice your ears in half any by gawd if I had to wear that shit so shall any of my kids.

Well honestly if your ten year old daughter can afford such a costume and arrange to get to the store and buy it without asking for your approval or assistance, there may be some other problems you may need to address.


PS Halloween is not dress like a whore day despite what the female adults think of it. It is bad enough that most adults have hijacked the holiday from the kids, now they want to pass on their dress like a whore day mentality on their children. I like to consider myself a responsible parent. I do this crazy thing with my kids...I TALK to them about the things that they want to wear, watch and BE!

If I find something inappropriate, I actually find out why they would want to wear it in the first place before judging their choices!

When you look around at the flood of images that our kids are subjected to on a daily basis...are you really surprised that costumes like that exist OR that parents will allow it?
