From a customers point of view it is "just" getting tons of spam.

From a company who is using NATS there is no "just" about it. How many customers signed up to a sponsor using NATS with a unique email address and then started getting spam out the ass and the customer blammed the porn site and cancelled?
Who knows how much data was collected about affiliates, how many sales they send, their contact info, and the urls of the sites where they send their traffic from... who knows if this information was sold to other porn companies that are competitors.

Stupid comment. What is the hosting company suppose to do, it was a valid user name / password, a NATS admin account. No one was hacking the hosting company's client's server. How was the hosting company suppose to know that NATS was too retarded to protect this info and someone had stolen it from NATS and it wasn't NATS using it.

Either way, if I recall it was that hosting company or one of them that was one of the first to catch on to what was happening. If it was left up to your boy John there is a 99% chance the problem would still be happening. So instead of making wise ass remarks about the hosting companies you might want to thank them.

From Webmasters to the Members, yeah they did complain, and they still do and did before the exploit and will continue to do so. Most members use free email services, pretty much known for getting blasted with spam.

We could/can see everything the bot was doing. (some of us are still playing with it) We know the exact information it gets. The above info was never looked at.

I know who is buying the list(s), it was posted here already several times who the companies were in the spam ring. A few post here ever few days.
