There was a change around a week ago to the TOS buy nothing since.

If I'm correct it contains changes about how your info is handled and shared
between countries and institutions they have to comply with and turn over
your personal information

The TOS have been changed to reflect the price increase in ACH transactions (not ATM) and p2p transfers.

People complain on this forum way too much
