Keep making posts. your traffic should increase steadily. Go a few days with no posts and watch your traffic slide down.

Original content, trade traffic with similar blogs, just look in the traffic trade section here at gfy and there is hundreds of people looking to trade.

Concentrate on a search term and get shit loads of linkbacks for that term. I got in the top 3 on goggle for about 10 "Playboy" related terms in about 2 weeks, see sig.
