Do you use some scheduler/reminder software?

For stuff like going to dentist at Fri 10 am or pay affiliates every Mon at noon? With alarm and stuff?

Downloaded several already but nothing good so far

Going to court next Wednesay, don't wanna forget

I used to just use outlook, then I downloaded sunbird and I didn't like either all that much because I couldn't take them with me if needed. In the end I just went out and spent about $25 on a nice daily scheduler/calender book and it works like a charm for me.

Yep nothing beats paper and pencil but not convenient for smaller things such as "icq that_guy in one hour"

I tested a few more of them in the meanwhile and so far this one looks the most promising: www.stickiesforwindows.com

I use outlook. And my smartphone syncs with it, so I always have my agenda up-to-date

Exactly, and if you use a exchange server for your email it will perfectly sync changes of your contacts, appts, and emails... :pimp

Google calendar!
I've been using it since July and my sales guys and my assistant all have editor logins, so there are no more schedule conflicts. I just leave it open in a browser and it alerts me at 10 minutes before any event. :thumbsup
