You can't sue GFY, it's a forum it's protected. You can try to sue the user, but he isn't American and they won't arrest him, this isn't criminal activity, you will simply win a judgment and will have to go collect yourself.

Yes the lawyers name is in the above posting. If I did not give them permission to use my images, yes they can be sued. You can't just take images off of a website and use them how you see fit. Pleasurepays is in the US and he is the one that stole two images, so he is getting sued. GFY is not protected, they just assume they are not held to the law.

Personal attacks isn't calling you fat, or slut, or bad words, a personal attack would be me saying you didn't pay me for work when you did, or making large amounts of threads just bashing and straight attacking the person, with no regard to the other forum users.

FYI, my ignore list is empty. I don't read everyones post, topic, thread, I do choose to click on topics based on who started it. I can choose who I want to argue with or not, be nice or not, I try to post in business threads and help people to balance out attacks.
