its pretty funny at times, but there are 2 things they should change.

The song in the beginning. I saw one episode with a different naked gun type start that was cool, and i dont know if the newer episodes (we prolly get the old shit here) got another beginning - anyway: That revue song is what im talking about, and its fucking annoying.

The peter griffin character. Im talking about his voice and his accent - it's really fucking annoying. Different voice and different accent and it would be way better, now the guy even though its a cartoon character annoys the fuck out of me.

The rest is ok.

'Padre De La Familiar' here - I love it - Even Peter's voice :)

I remember watching the simpsons dubbed into spanish once on a mexican tv station :)
I know thats got nothing to do with family guy, but Damians post above brought back a few memorys ! :)

The voices in the spanish version are ok. The latin america version of the simpsons (los simpsons) actually has really good voices. The spanish voice of Homer (Homero) is just as good IMO.

One thing I don't like about FG is the name dropping and references to USA TV culture, a lot of them make no sense to a non yank. :winkwink:

Just watched all of season 6 on DVD.

That's all the show is. A thin, thin plotline, which is a vehicle for throwing out all of Seth McFarlane's "look at how all the cool pop culture refernces I can fart out that are not in any way shape or form pertinent to the story".

It should have stayed where it was, cancelled. Now, bringing Futurama back is stroke of fucking genius.

peter's show is playing a huge role in the cartoon. stupid annoying and a idiot.

the song is a bit boring yes could be better but i don't care that much.

stewie is the shit!

Stewie and Quagmire make that show worth watching.

I like them just how they are. For real yo!

nah PetAAA's (pronounced like Peter acting like a Chinese) voice is just fine!

If you even been to Rhode Island where that show is based on you would understand why his voice is like that.. Rhode Island accents ARE fucking annoying for sure;) love it

Family guy is an extremely well written show, Seth McFarlan is a genius!

Its a show for Americans made in america its not designed for non americans.

To be honest, pretty much every accent in the Northeast is fucking obnoxious. Got to love the west coast for sure.

Family Guy is decent, Futurama has way better story lines. I still think that SouthPark is better than both of them.

I love it just the way it is, I've been watching it for so long, yea the song might be annoying just its only a few seconds long, and just changing Peters voice (which is infact a northern accent) I am from Pawtucket also:), would only ruin the show because viewers are so comfortable with it now.

None beats Simpsons!

If you don't like the opening theme song, you would have hated All In the Family.

I will admit, I avoided the first couple of seasons because I could not get past the opening theme, but later learned that was my bad.

Yup I was going to say the same thing.

South Park is good but there are alot of shit episodes. Simpsons is just, awful. Family guy and futurama are good :) The Simpsons movie was the biggest disapointment ever IMO, I laugh more in 10mins of an episode then in the whole film.

I caught a Futurama marathon a couple weeks ago. Damn that show makes me laugh, especially when you've got your mind right.

As long as you keep in mind that it was written by manatees... everything will be ok...

I actually love all of the 80's pop culture references. It's always funny seeing something brought up and think "oh yeah, I remember that" :)

Seth Green is the guy who does Chris' voice. Seth McFarlane is the creator of the show.

Watching the extras on the DVDs is really interesting. I think it's season 3 where they had been canceled and then 2 years later called back. Amazingly everyone came back :)

And watching McFarlane do the Brian, Stewie, Peter, Quaqmire, etc voices is too cool - very talented.

Did you see the new movie on DVD? It's funny as hell. They're also bringing the show back very soon -- deservedly. Not only did that show make me laugh plenty, but it was sometimes touching and some of the storylines just mind-bending and as good as any sci-fi out there.

I love the show! And I agree Stewie and Quagmire are the show!
