German Google.de kills TheHun.net - expands censorship of international porn sites...
 

german internet porn laws always have been kind of ridiculous, but now they're enforcing it more and more on international sites. after recently sites like privatamateure.com and youporn.com disappeared from the german google results, now also www.thehun.net got deleted. kind of pointless since google.com is still showing it, but that doesn't bother german authorities who somehow believe in a "german" internet. idiots :2 cents:

Jugendschutz + the new law that forbids "around 18 looking/suggestions" suck big time.
Even Hustler got their dvd series pulled from sex shops; the "barely eighteen" series.
Like the 2257 in the US, it's just a way discourage porn in total by using crediable arguments under false pretenses with ulteriour unsaid motives.
We all know Hustler would never fuck around about stuff like that. But yet governments use is as an excuse to bring down porn I guess.

I can see that happening actually. Only not done by NL, but by the site owner himself.

They may not care about pornsites, but I have a recollection of a group of prostitutes from one EU country suing another EU country for being denied entry and winning. Their argument was that the country denying them entry was against the free passage of goods and services agreement which the EU is based upon.

Well, there are only a few left that offer hardcore porn as it's only allowed protected by an Face-2-Face AVS ... most companies that are left fled to another country or working in non-nude / fetishes (that do not require explicit nudity) ...

if you think they would go just after sites that offer free stuff you think wrong. they just went after sites with very high traffic. see privatamateure.com which is clearly a paysite. but i have no idea what the actual status is, i just know that german google is the second most censored after google china

Also according to German government the citizens cant handle violence so they make the blood green in all video games and cut out the worst parts of all movies and literature.

The whole issue is about a german-based company offering links to everyone without Age Verification. If google had AVS for every link to 18+ content it would not have been a problem I guess.

Stupid authorities banned one of our best selling sites www.gggsexbox.com from Germany. SexBox was available to the whole world but Germany. Luckily this ban will end soon and we will be able to invade ze Germans :)

It is mindblowing how hard the German authorities are fucking the local adult business. If your company is in Germany you cannot allow under-18-year olds to see hardcore content without going through annoying verification processes which cost money. So before even seeing a dick in a pussy the German client has already spent 20 Euro.

If you are based outside Germany you can sell your stuff to any German.
