For some reason I doubt that they plan on splitting it with those affected.

Well right not the FCC is simply "investigating" Comcast.

I doubt they even get fined that amount. It'll be some slap on the wrist like all of these are. Comcast has some major lobbyists in Washington and the FCC has been bought and paid for for a long time.

Why is it I have a feeling the FCC will get a majority of the fine and the subscribers will probably get nothing more than a $10 discount for a month or two.

It'll be a coupon like the class action law suit from blockbuster. $10 coupon which you'll get credit for if you mail it in with your bill in 90 days or something.

That is quite a steep fine.
