If you want to keep it simple - just work thru a EU processor. Both Verotel and possibly SegPay may be able to help.

If you want the Euro corp for other possible reasons other than processing, best to set this up direct via an EU formation agent/lawyer.

Unfortunately there is no such thing as "adult friendly" banks - they just don't want to know about Vol 3 of "Candy Cums To Town". Just present a professional face to banks and they are normally OK.

It's also relevant where you personally are located and stuff like citizenship etc, but that's a long story, tho plenty threads dealing with this already.

Umm.... I wouldn't trust anyone here.

hi,

thanks for reply!

we want work thru ccbill and epoch first, to do this we need incorp. in EU or US, i know that some companies help there but when they learn that we're going to work in adult, they say 'no'. and yes, i know that banks dont accept adult, we need to show them anything else, or have a person there like you say, maybe you can suggest any person or company who can helps, thanks!

OK.. Got ya!

In that case you need a formation agent/lawyer within the EU (can't speak for US stuff) who will be your nominee and representative.

Only my :2 cents:, but ya really have to know such a person on a personal basis - it's not every lawyer who will be willing to act in that capacity for an adult corp without knowing the client. But... the plus side is that they often know of banks to work with and will arrange account opening etc.

The other side issue is that the nominee will not be the controller of the corp - you want a full Power of Attorney over your corp.

Bottom line - you want "relationships" with professionals you can work with and better they know the truth at the outset.

As a clue to where to start - suggest you Google for eg "Gibraltar companies" or "Cyprus company incorporation" etc and take the time to phone a few possible professional contacts before firing ahead with your corp. You can also learn a lot of useful information along the way :thumbsup
