epass: can't you list the actual CHANGES to your terms and conditions?

... so we don't need to sift through 11,248 words and figured out what has changed?

The Terms and Conditions have changed.
You must read and agree to them before continuing.

Maybe I should have read it before clicking "I accept"... Better double check my balance now.

I was hoping you would read it and give me the cliffs notes. :)

Some braniac at epass expects us to read and digest the entire T&C in the normal time it takes to log in... can someone set the timeout a little higher, eh?

I'm only going on memory of what the old one had, but I'm pretty sure the information about restrictions for gift and affiliate accounts is new. Hopefully that's all that has changed.

I just searched the terms for the phrase "we now have the right to screw you over" and when that didn't come up, I accepted and logged in, took 10 seconds max. :thumbsup

A summary would be nice, but doesn't relieve you of being responsible for what you "sign"...

Of course, since you can't get into your account without agreeing to the new terms, I don't think many of us are going to decline...

When my bank changes T&C they show exactly what is inserted, deleted or changed. No need for a summary, I'm seeing exactly what is changing.

Epass has done this at least twice now so I don't see the situation changing (ha, ha) anytime soon.

If you have to read it, you may as well count it while you're there. :winkwink:

Whats basicly changed is the new pricing for p2p (up to $.30) and the ACH withdrawal/load fee to/from US bank accounts (up to $3)

I think the original point is pretty valid, why couldn't you just highlight that?

Did we really have to read all the terms, and presumable compare them to the original, just to find that out?
